Plants are machines specially developed and built to meet specific printing requirement, where flexibility and reduced manpower are paramount. To achieve this, TOSH puts to use its expertise acquired over nearly 20 years in design and automation system production.

Here below you will find some of the most recent plants built by TOSH.

1	Logica micro provides an automatic system for printing 2 colours front and 2 colours back, onto food containers up 5000 cycles per hour.

2	Printing Centre R6 with high production rate, simultaneous movement up to 48 different pad shapes with micrometric precision.

3	TDM36K R2 (Caps printing Center) , plant for the high speed printing of bottle plastic caps (for soft drinks) . Composed of a Micro machine, it is able to print up to 36.000 pieces per hour.

4	Logica 200 for the simultaneous printing up to 5 colours on all surface of ski booths.

5	Printing Centre R1 for printing up to 20 colours simultaneously, up to 72 different pad shapes with micrometric precision.

6	Printing Centre R3, completely automatic plant with 17 axes numerically controlled, automatic plate change without operator intervention.
