TOSH Digital technology, both Single and Multi-pass, uses the latest generation print heads UV led curing technology.
It allows you to print any image with realistic photo reproductions both in process-color and black and white. It also allows you to obtain embossed decorations or particular aesthetic effects, in order to satisfy an ever-increasing demand to diversifying the product.
Production volumes can vary from small series to massive quantities, requiring no start-up time, eliminating machine setups and optimizing production costs.

In addition to the CMYK printing, it is possible to add one or two print heads for a white undercoat as a basis for the four-color process, in order to obtain optimal printing results on any colored substrate. Based on colors to be printed, it is possible to add a head for applying a primer or a varnish as additional protection of the printed color.
Maximum printing width: 70 mm (mod. LINEAR 7UV and LINEAR 7LUV), 140 mm (mod. LINEAR 14UV).
